Currently, we only offer shipping within Pakistan. We are constantly working to expand our shipping coverage to more countries in the future.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we are offering Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. We shall be accepting major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure online payment options in near future. Your payment details are encrypted and secure on our website.

5. How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping cost is fixed Rs.250 on an order whether you add a single 1 item or 10 items in your cart at-a-time. This cost will remain fix until your total amount is less than Rs.2500. 
If your total amount in the cart exceeds Rs.2499 there will be Zero/No shipping cost. You can find the exact shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before making payment or placing an order.

6. What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the order. We'll arrange for a return or replacement based on the situation. Please see Return & Refund Policy.

7. Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not been processed for shipping. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order details to request a cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, you may need to initiate a return once you receive the items.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
